Baby Pink And Mint Green - The Perfect Spring Color Combo

Due to an overwhelming work load I barely had time for any blogging over the past two weeks... I really hope I'll get more time over the next week so I could return to the blog full time.

As I said on my latest post, a few of my next posts are going to have a theme, and today's theme is a color combination that I've been loving lately - baby pink and mint green. Generally I think you know I really love pastels, especially during this time of the year, but also during the cold seasons.

Fun With Studs!

I've recently gathered tons of unpublished designs and I never get around to posting them, so I decided to combine a few similar looks in one post. I've prepared several posts like this and I'd love to hear your opinion. Do you prefer it when I combine the looks or do you like it better when each look gets its own post?

The three designs in this post all have studs, and though they're really similar they are also very different and I don't know which I liked better.
More details and photos after the jump...

Black & White - Ga-de Black Sugar & Pupa 107

I turned 24 this week , so I got myself a little birthday gift a few days before the big day. Since they were purchased together I decided to pair these two in one blog post. I hope you'll enjoy it :)

Zoya Storm - Swatch and Review

Meet Zoya Storm. Not much to say about this one, just a pretty polish I've been wearing during my exams period when I didn't have time for nailart.
This is 2 coats + topcoat.
The holo was a little hard to photograph, so I did one blurry picture.

כאמור, חברת L.A Girl.

Movember Manicure with Ga-de Angelina & Bundle Monster

October was all about breast cancer awareness and pink manicures, and November (or Movember) is dedicated to prostate cancer and mustaches. I chose to join with an "un-shaved" manicure that will suit this cute ring I got at Forever21 for a super cheap price (~4$)

I started this design with 3 coats of the amazing Ga-de Angelina. It is a really delicate nailpolish that's pretty opaque in 2 coats, and fully opaque on the third. On top of that I applied 1 coat of Poshe and went on to stamping!

I used Wow #393 and Bundle Monster 402. Because I wanted the stamping to be super straight and accurate, I had to re-do some of my nails. This was very easy to do because I applied a topcoat before stamping. I was able to remove the stamping without damaging the polish underneath it.
When I was done I applied another layer of topcoat and added the cool ring for the final effect.

Simple Stamping with Bundle Monster 404

Yesterday I showed you my new stamping plates from Bundle Monster, and today I have a new design (after the previous one somehow peeled off). I chose to use plate 404, and created this simple look. I used 1 coat of Milani Black Swift as the base color on 3 fingers, and 1 coat of Kiko 619 Red Peony on the remaining 2. I stamped two images from the plate using Kiko 619 & WOW 363.

I have a video tutorial coming up for this look, but it's in Hebrew this time...

31DC2013 - Day 31: Honor nails you love

Lat day of the challenge! I can't believe I actually managed to get it done :)

Today's assignment was honoring nails we love, so it was really easy for me to decide what I wanted to do. Ever since I saw this manicure over at Colores de Carol I've been dreaming of getting Kiko 634, just so I could recreate this gorgeous look that Carolina showed on her blog.
I don't really like textured nail polishes, but this pretty baby pink imminently won me over. 2 of my friends were recently in Spain and I sent them both to search for it, but apparently it's no longer in stock :-(

Luckily enough, the Israeli brand Chic have a new Sugar Baby collection, and although this color isn't the perfect dupe, it's pretty darn close, and I just love it!!!

For this look I've used 2 coats of Chic Sugar Baby #12, and added dots with Milani Black Swift. I love how glossy the black polish looks over the textured pink. On my ring finger I have 1 coat of Milani Black Swift.

I tried finding something to resemble the cute bow on Carolina's ring finger, and today at the art supply store I found the cutest little white plastic hearts. I added a little dot with China Glaze Something Sweet and stuck in onto the black nail polish while it was still wet.

Mint Green: MUA Pistachio Ice Cream
Black striper polish by top beauty
Black: Milani Black Swift

31DC2013 - Day 29: Inspired by the Supernatural

Today's theme is haunted house at night time! The base color is 2 coats of wow #434 - a beautiful dark blue with teal and blue glitter. On top of that I've stamped some images from Bundle Monster 2012: The haunted house is from bm 305 and so is the grass. The moon is from bm 316, and the stars are from bm 311.
The stamping polishes are: Milani White on the Spot (white), China Glaze Passion (gold) and Kiko 627 (lime green).

I really really love how this came out and I'm so happy because lately I've been very uninspired. Only 2 more days to go and I already have ideas for my final manicures. Hope they turn out ok... :)

31DC2013 - Day 28: Inspired by a Flag

I really wanted to do something cool for today but I had no inspiration so I went with a simple accent nail and used a stamp from Bundle Monster 319. I stamped it with wow #363, and the white is (as always) Milani White on the Spot.

The purple on the rest of my fingers is mystique mauve by Ga-de, 2 coats.

31DC2013 - Day 21: Inspired By A Color (Gray)

It rained today for the first time! so the theme for today is the color gray. The design is inspired by the awesome blogger Chelsea from The Nail Network. The colors I've used are Ga-de Military Style #802 (darker grey), Ga-de Tender Gray #385 (lighter gray) and Zoya Storm (glittery black).

31DC2013 - Day 14: Flowers

Today I went with a design that I usually paint over a french manicure, but today I felt like wearing it on it's own.

I started with 2 coats of Careline #366 (a very sheer pink with a jelly finish) and then dotted the flowers using 5 colors: Chic Black Fog #32 (black), Ga-de Lemon Lime #426 (yellow), WOW #303 (green), Essie Too Too Hot (red) and China Glaze Something Sweet (pink).

After I finished with the flowers I went back with 2 more cots of the sheer pink, and then applied my fast drying topcoat (Poshe).
