Fun With Studs!

בזמן האחרון הצטברו לי בתיקיות המוני מניקורים שאני פשוט לא מספיקה לפרסם כאן, אז החלטתי לעשות ניסיון קטן ולאחד בפוסט אחד כמה עיצובים בעלי מכנה משותף.
הכנתי כמה פוסטים כאלה שיעלו בימים הקרובים ואני אשמח לשמוע מה דעתכן. אתן נהנות מפוסטים ארוכים שמשלבים כמה עיצובים או מעדיפות שכל עיצוב יזכה לפוסט משלו?

את שלושת העיצובים בפוסט הזה הכנתי בעזרת ניטים (studs) ולמרות שהם מאוד דומים, הם גם שונים מאוד ואני לא בטוחה איזה מהם יותר מוצא חן בעיניי. הפרטים המלאים ועוד תמונות אחרי הקפיצה...

I've recently gathered tons of unpublished designs and I never get around to posting them, so I decided to combine a few similar looks in one post. I've prepared several posts like this and I'd love to hear your opinion. Do you prefer it when I combine the looks or do you like it better when each look gets its own post?

The three designs in this post all have studs, and though they're really similar they are also very different and I don't know which I liked better.

Easter Birthday Nails

כמו שכבר סיפרתי לכם, חגגתי לא מזמן יום הולדת 24. התחשק לי מניקור צבעוני ומשמח , אז החלטתי ללכת על עיצוב ציפורניים בסנגון הביצים היפות של חג הפסחא הנוצרי, יחד עם הטופ המהמם El Corazon Dalmatian וכמה לקים בצבעים פסטליים. 

כדי להשיג את האפקט המיוחד עבדתי לפי מדריך מצויין של לוסי מהבלוג Lucy's Stash.

As I already told you guys, I celebrated my 24th birthday not too long ago, and since I felt like wearing something  festive and colorful on my nails, I decided to go with some Easter inspired nails with my beloved El Corazon Dalmatian topcoat and some pastel polishes. 

To get the Easter egg effect, I followed a tutorial from Lucy's Stash.

התחלתי עם שתי שכבות מכל צבע ואז מרחתי שכבה אחת מהגליטר. אחרי שהכל התייבש השתמשתי באותם לקים קרמיים, אבל ניגבתי את המברשת על הבקבוק כמה שיכולתי, כך שיישאר ממש מעט לק על המברשת ואני אוכל למרוח שכבה כמעט שקופה על הציפורניים. 

לאחר מכן הוספתי מעט מהגליטר על חלקים מסויימים בציפורן (לא כל כל הציפורן) וסיימתי בטופ לייבוש מהיר.

I started with 2 coats of each color, followed by one coat of the glitter. Then I used the same cream polishes, but wiped off most of the polish from the brush before applying it to the nail, so I got a very sheer coat of polish on my nails. Then I dabbed on some of the glitter on certain parts of the nail, and added a fast drying topcoat.

My Passover Manicure & My Collection

הנושא החודשי של קבוצת הבלוגריות שאני חברה בה היה אוספים, והאמת שהדבר הכי צפוי שיכולתי לעשות זה לכתוב על אוסף הלקים שלי. בכל זאת, זה האוסף הכי גדול שיש לי והוא ממשיך לגדול מדי שבוע... אבל החלטתי לכתוב על משהו אחר, כי אתן הרי כבר מכירות את אוסף הלקים שלי די טוב...

אז חוץ מאוסף הלקים שלי שממלא קצת יותר משתי מגירות, יש לי אוסף אחר, קטן הרבה יותר, שנכנס בקופסת זכוכית קטנטנה וקצת מאובקת... מעניין אם תנחשו מה יש בתוכה...

The monthly theme for the beauty blogger group I'm in was collections. I could have written about my nail polish collection since it it the biggest collection I have (and it keeps growing every week) but you guys  already know my polish obsession so I decided to write about a different collection that I have stored in a tiny dusty glass container. Can you guys guess what I have in there?

It contains my rings!

אני לא הולכת עם הרבה תכשיטים. שרשראות מציקות לי ואין לי עגילים כי מאז שהייתי קטנה פחדתי לעשות חורים באוזניים, אבל תכשיטים לידיים זה משהו שתמיד אהבתי.
פעם הייתי עונדת באופן קבוע טבעת כסופה שקיבלתי מסבתא שלי, אבל לצערי בגלל שהיא מאוד עדינה ודקה המתכת התעקמה קצת עם השנים והיא נהייתה לא נוחה. חשבתי לקחת אותה לצורף ואולי אני אעשה את זה מתישהו, אבל בינתיים החלפתי אותה בצמיד זהב שקיבלתי מאמא שלי, וזה התכשיט היחיד שנמצא עליי ביומיום.

למרות שאני לא הולכת עם הרבה תכשיטים, יש לי התמכרות קשה לטבעות ואני קונה המון כאלה, במיוחד טבעות "חצי" שמתאימות לפרק האצבע העליון (knuckle rings). אני משתמשת בהן בעיקר לצילומים לבלוג, אבל מדי פעם כשמתחשק לי אני גם עונדת אותן ללימודים או ליציאות.
הבעייה היחידה איתן היא שהן לא עשויות מכסף וזהב אמיתי, לכן מתישהו הן יישחקו וייהרסו, וזו הסיבה שאני שומרת אותן רק לאירועים מיוחדים.

I don't wear lots of jewelry. Necklaces bother me and I've always been afraid of getting my ears pierced,  but hand jewelry has always been a favorite of mine.

I used to wear a silver ring I got from my grandma but over the years the delicate metal slightly bent and it's not comfortable to wear anymore, so I gave it up and now I'm wearing a gold bracelet I got from my mom. That's the only piece of jewelry I have on me on a daily basis.

Even though I don't wear many jewelry, I have a serious ring addiction and I keep buying them! Especially knuckle rings. I mainly use them for the pictures I post on my blog but sometimes I wear them for school or when I'm going out. 

Since they're not made of real gold and silver I'm afraid to ruin them, and that's why I only keep them for special occasions. 

אחד הדברים שאני הכי אוהבת לעשות אחרי מריחת לק זה לשלוף באקראיות טבעת או שתיים מהקופסה ולהוסיף אותן לצילום. אני חושבת שזה נותן לאצבעות מראה אלגנטי ויפהפה, ותמיד יוצאים לי שילובים מעניינים בין הלק לטבעות.

יש לי 12 טבעות חצי. 5 מתוכן נקנו באסוס והשאר בחנויות בארץ (רשת הנעליים ספרינג וForever21).

בתמונה הזו אני עונדת שלוש טבעות שמשתייכות לסטים שונים:
על האצבע - טבעת זהב עם אבן חן קטנה, שנקנתה כחלק מסט של שלוש טבעות ברשת ספרינג
על האמה - טבעת זהב שנקנתה כחלק מסט של ארבע טבעות באסוס
על הקמיצה - טבעת כסופה שנקנתה כחלק מסט של שלוש טבעות ושלושה זוגות עגילים בספרינג. כל כך אהבתי את הטבעות שלא היה לי אכפת שהעגילים סתם יצברו אבק במגירה שלי!

One of my favorite things to do after I apply nail polish is to randomly select a few rings from my little box and matching them to my nails for the pictures. I think it gives the fingers a beautiful elegant look.

I own 12 knuckle rings, 5 of them are from Asos and the rest were purchased in local stores (Spring and Forever 21).

ואם אתן שואלות על הלקים: התחלתי עם שלוש שכבות של Ga-de Nude Luxe, ועליהן יצרתי גרדיאנט בעזרת הגליטר She Walks In Beauty של A-England. שני הלקים האלה הם בין האהובים עליי ביותר באוסף שלי, וזה העיצוב שהולך להיות עליי בליל הסדר.

And if you're wondering about my nails: I started with 3 coats of Ga-de Nude Luxe, and then I created a gradient with A-England She Walks In Beauty. Those are two of my favorite polishes and this is the design I'll be wearing for Leil Haseder (first night of Passover).

השובע חגגתי יום הולדת 24, אז החלטתי לפנק את עצמי במתנה קטנה כמה ימים לפני היום הגדול. מכיוון שרכשתי את שני הלקים יחד, החלטתי להראות את שניהם בפוסט אחד משותף. אני מקווה שתהנו ממנו :)

I turned 24 this week , so I got myself a little birthday gift a few days before the big day. Since they were purchased together I decided to pair these two in one blog post. I hope you'll enjoy it :)
